Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Cancellation Right

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a service contract within 14 days of signing, without penalty or providing reason, provided the service has not yet started.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only if:

Once a programme has launched (Day 1 of the challenge), the service has begun and is not eligible for refund under consumer law.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at info@sproutvysparkox.world with your order reference and cancellation reason
  2. We will verify eligibility within 2 working days
  3. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days

4. Partial Refunds

If a programme has partially commenced or services have been provided, we may offer a pro-rata refund at our discretion, based on the value of services delivered.

5. Cancellation After 14 Days

Cancellations requested after the 14-day period or after the programme has started are subject to our discretion. We may offer credits toward future programmes or alternative resolutions.

6. Refund of Add-Ons

Add-on services (custom branding, launch events, celebration events, etc.) follow the same 14-day eligibility window. Refunds depend on delivery status at time of cancellation.

7. No Refund for "Change of Mind"

Refunds are not provided if a customer simply changes their mind after the 14-day window or after the programme has started. We encourage thorough review of our Programmes page and a consultation call before committing.

8. Disputes & Payment Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge or request a chargeback through your bank, we reserve the right to suspend your account and future access to our services pending investigation.
